I have been a resistance here for several years. I have a very cute studio apartment. I am on a section 8. My rent includes all utilities. I pay $296.00 a month. I have owned three homes in my lifetime. I don't miss all that responably. Things is if l meet someone and we fall in love. We would have to move into a one bedroom. They don't allow it in the Studio apartment.

First of all, let's get things straight, this is not an assisted living facility, it is not the responsibility of this place to care for or take care of your family members, it is an apartment complex, yes HUD does allow rent assistance depending on your situation, and the rent is very reasonable even without the assistance. Having had a conversation with Management, in order to clarify some complaints, I had, I've come to a resolution that we are able to work together in resolving issues, which is why I have increased my star rating to 4 stars. Hopefully, if they continue to be helpful in resolving issues, I would certainly be able to go to a 5. I'm certainly willing to co-operate and work with management, as they seem to be much more willing to work with me. Overall, I will commend the Manager here, Arianna Algarin for being helpful.

Every resident is only allowed 14 visitor days a year. That means yur own family members can not stay woth you for more than 2 weeks. What is that?? Lol. Stupid rules. And bad managemnt. Very small parking lot. Would never recommend to anyone.

If you think something may be wrong with your elder family member don't count on College Arms to check for you. So don't let this place give you a false sense of safety for your loved one. Because they don't care.
