Whewww, where do I start ?? Avir @ Balch Springs is a small place with a BIG heart. From the administrator ALL the way to down to the kitchen staff is GREAT and VERY professional… ohhhhh and NOT to mention the receptionist, she is ALWAYS nice, courteous and polite… AVIR @ BALCH SPRINGS KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK !!!

I have done 2 tours of this facility and each time that I have gone in it was clean with a welcoming smell. The staff member was very informative and if I had a question that she couldn’t answer she reached out to get an answer for me. Staff there were welcoming and nice. This is a place I know I will be returning with my loved one.

Definitely great staff that go above and beyond. Many families try to project negative outcomes due to their own selfish motives however, my loved one has been a resident for many years and hasn't had any issues. Great job Balch Springs!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would where do I start this place is terrible … they are not professional my brother was sent here from the hospital in May … they immediately contacted Social Security to get his check and he wasn’t even in there a month…. They never took him to his doctors visits and when you ask them why they said he refused which was a lie …. The food portions are for toddlers my brother lost so much weight in their care …. He smelled as if he hadn’t bathe in weeks…… his diaper was soaked every time I visit him the whole staff are liars they only care about these people checks …they recently changed the name because they had so many bad reviews under the old name…. The Social worker Melissa is no help at all and lies every time you ask her simple questions she even hung up in my face … please do not take your love ones to this scam of a nursing home they have picks of who they choose to give proper care to
