The very worst! I broke a hip and went there for rehab. No physical therapy—at all. I never left the bed for 9 days. They had no Physical Therapists on staff or under contract. They burned up my Medicare that only pays for 20 days at 100%. When I tried to go to another REAL rehab, they gave me excuses like the people I needed to talk to were “out” (this lasted for 5 days, various excuses). I got a terrible heat rash on my back (bed 24 hours a day!). I begged for medicine through the nurse’s aids and the nurses on staff from all shifts. Every one said, “we have something for that”, but that was just their programmed answer, because they did not. When the rash was bleeding and scabbing over, a friend brought me Calamine lotion. As soon as the “nurse” saw it he took it away, but never replaced it with anything. Let it itch and bleed, you can’t treat it. They are horrible and fraudulent.

The Aides and Physical therapists are excellent, Isi, OTR and Yaw, PT and Kendra, COTA were the best. The rest of this rundown facility is a dumpster fire. Run from this place. It is not fit for humans or animals. The food is rancid, the cook said there is no way she'd eat it.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to put a family member in here if they can't speak for themselves because they don't take care of then I just lost my mom in May and the way they treated her in the end was awful!
