They set this facility up with the appeal of getting your business by greeting people with the most friendliest front staff to convince you to leave your loved ones. They show you all the amenities and weekly activities. But the staff who takes care of your loved ones are rude and do the bare minimum. Any questions asked are not answered. They are annoyed when you ask for assistance or help. The nursing staff is horrible and so are the hallway assistants. They spend most of their time sitting in the hallways and if you ask for help most of the time they tell you it’s not their job or they say okay and do not come back into the room. if you are looking for a facility to ONLY give your family member their meds and dropping off their food. Then this is the place for you. Don’t let the appearance of this place and its front staff fool you. Get to meet the actually people who will care for your loved ones. They keep them in the back for a reason. They are rude and do the bare minimum. ***Additional comment- My mom was there for wound care. When we asked the helper what cream she was applying she took out a tube of toothpaste. She had been applying toothpaste! When she was told it was toothpaste she said she didn’t know because the main nurse didn’t show her where the cream was she just assumed it was that tube. Another incident was my mom’s bed deflated on a Saturday, the nursing staff told us there was no maintenance done on the weekends. She was to sleep on it until Monday. Do not recommend this place. Looks are deceiving. Also my mom was denied services a couple of days after this post. They started the process of denying her appeals. At the discharge meeting we were given a binder and basically told figure it out.
