Did not end up coming to facility due to personal reasons. The marketing director was such a big help to me and my brother in this process giving 5 stars to the sweetness of that young lady

Tried to fear-monger me into signing a DNR for my sister who wasn't even close to dying because they couldn'thandle her behavior as a disabled adult. Refused to provide documentation of her living there to potential homes, despite them going through the process of evicting her. Lied and told another group home they have no documentation of her ever living there. This place is shady and disgusting. Edit: the automated reply to this sums up your experience with this place entirely. do not bring your loved ones here.

Awful place employees cant explain a an over 4000.00 bill months after my grandmother was moved from this facility. She owed nothing. They give you a corporate number that is never answered or returns messages. Formally called kaufman health care center. Corporate number is the same.

I gave it 2 stars, because the staff is very polite. But, my daughter hasn't received any type of physical therapy at all. And when I ask about trying to help my daughter draw her disability, I am told " her husband " is taking care of it. All this time, her husband has only managed to get her out of the house and get his new girlfriend moved in. And as for her father, he only came back into her life after Angie had her stroke on June 19, 2025. I am her mother...

Tasha has been amazing in helping me through the process of transitioning my loved one into a nursing home. Since this was all new to me, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel supported every step of the way. The staff and everyone here have been wonderful!
