This is my mother’s second stay at Ridgecrest and both times she stayed, we have been very impressed and grateful to all the staff for being so nice and so professional. A special thanks to the nurses that took care of her on a daily basis and my personal thanks to Mrs. Morgan who is the social worker and the main point of contact with the family. She always answered my calls and if she said she was going to do something, she always followed through. I was in and out of this facility several times during my mothers stay and the staff not only work well together, but they actually like each other and this created a comfortable atmosphere for both patients and visiting family members.

My 68 year old father has recently become a short term resident here, and I am so impressed by the staff. Everyone has been so kind and more than helpful with our journey to Dad's recovery. Everyone there seems to really care about him, and has just been so sweet. We couldn't ask for better treatment! Thank you to everyone🩷

Follow up review...We loved Ridgecrest! Every person there is so nice and thoughtful. I visited twice a day everyday that my father was there, and was always greeted with the friendliest hellos and smiles. The way my father was cared for was amazing. They never made him feel like a burden or a hassle, and everyone was always in a happy mood. They really go above and beyond for the resident, and made him feel as comfortable as could be. My dad is a picky eater, and they were happy to please his menu requests. They made him feel very special with a red carpet, dancing, and music on our way out the door! We will be forever grateful for everyone there❤️

Tresea in the business office was professional, communicative, and extremely efficient in processing the paperwork. Her attention to detail and clear communication made the entire process smooth and brought me a great sense of comfort.
