This place is a joke.I would post a pic but for the respect of my mother I wont.I don't know where the CNAs got there certifications from because they don't know what they are doing. My grandma was left unattended for lord knows how long and once pics were taken they wanna claim they did this and that.I don't understand these Charge Nurses. They are supposed to be making sure the CNAs do they job but instead they sitting around just like the CNAs.Sitting and on there damn phones.I.would recommend this place to anyone

This rating up to is really unfair to the staff these staff there cares for the patients however they can't keep a qualified staff due to the idiotic management and the turnover of owners The cooks can't cook they have to burn everything and laundry loses everything and is unorganized physical therapy doesn't have a full-time therapist and the equipment there is ancient they don't even have a full set of therabands enough to give each and every patient they don't give out grabbers even though they can probably build the insurance and get reimbursement so if a patient dropped something on the floor it stays on the floor until someone comes in there and picks it up The call lights are turned off as soon as someone comes in there and turns them off that doesn't mean your needs are met at that time it just means someone's come in their and turned off the light and check to see what you need they put everyone in diapers which really irritated me but I was on the rehab floor and I got better treatment than most halls there is a hall way number two that smells like urine it needs to be clean from top to bottom desperately it stinks every time I went down there and therefore I didn't go down there very much even though I had a friend living there that I've known for years which is the only reason I've chose this place but I won't be back ever I guess I shouldn't say ever The nurses were kind although a little bit I didn't understand their organization I didn't know why I got my morning pills at 11:00 a.m. to me that's past morning it's almost lunch when I got my morning meds of not going to go into it anyway I'm still very frustrated and I've been out for over a week anyway the staff is very good except people are quitting right and left because of the owners and the change of venue they are worried about aesthetics instead of equipment and personnel That's my private opinion and I'm sticking to it anyway everyone have a great day

I’d give this place a zero if I could. They treated my grandmother horribly and we think one of the staff stole some of her clothes. Do not put your loved ones in here. The building is run down too.

I would suggest taking your family else where as I’ve seen personally and heard other residents being left in there pee over night and never coming to be checked on or ignored even after calling a nurse. The administrator also took over 7 weeks to get internet access back to patients which seems unorganized over a simple thing but wasn’t high on his priority list among other things. I will be recommending anyone I know to steer clear, there is nice employees there that care thankfully but most will be leaving or probably getting fired.

I’m sure they will reply to this with a cliche response to try to cover themselves but trust me, go else where with your family member, even the staff ain’t happy working for the administrator, he smells and needs better hygiene among many other improvements, he will gladly pose for pics though on the facebook page and come outside for public events to appear to be interactive but other then that no interaction with patients at all really when no one is watching or it not being beneficial, just a business too him.
