It's unbelievable that this facility is still operating. The smell is extremely horrible; the smell of urine is awful. The beds they provide are from the 1960s. The facility needs immediate renovation. The staff is pleasant. The food is terrible. Overall, this facility should be closed.

The staff here is wonderful. There are only a few CNA’s that I don’t get along with. The therapy staff is also excellent. You don’t have to wait long when you ring you call button. The staff is pretty prompt . I have been in several facilities and this one serves the best food. I would highly recommend TLCEast to anyone who needs skilled nursing care.

My wife has been in the memory care unit for about thirteen months now. The staff is very caring and professional. Every time I visit my wife, the staff is always friendly and helpful. They take time to visit with me and tell me how she is doing and if she needs anything. They also call to inform me of any health concerns and prescription changes . I’m very happy that I chose TLC East to take care of my wife.

TLC East has a very caring & personable staff who knows their residents by name as well as family members. My mom adjusted very quickly, as they treated her according to knowledge. I have recommended others to them, because of their style, professionalism, & being client-centered. Their are too many staff to name, whom I truly appreciate
