An AMAZING staff! And since acquired by AVIR the over-all quality of everything has improved! AVIR's goal is to raise the bar of nursing home care in Texas and they are achieving their goal. I highly recommend any AVIR property

TLC West was the 3rd rehab my dad has been to in the last 90 days and they are the ONLY facility among those 3 that I would recommend. One of the others is a stunning, new facility with all of the latest and greatest equipment, but you couldn’t pay me to take my dad back there. The care and treatment my dad has received since he has been there has been fantastic. It is clear to me that while that building may lack the flash of the other place, it more then makes up for it with the care they have given my dad. I felt, for the first time in this journey, that we had a partner in my dad’s care. I can’t say enough about the staff, they are dedicated, caring and professional. I am so very grateful for each and every one of them for taking such great care of my dad. I would recommend this facility for anyone looking for a caring, qualified place for one of their loved ones.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My father eent in after a fall that he needed rehab for. No broken bones or anything, just needed to rehab for mobility. Firstly, the room he was taken to was dirty. Spiderwebs, grime, general filth. He wasn't given a tv until 2 days later, but within less than 24 hours, he had been ignored, causing him to mess himself, and then they didnt come to clean him for another 2.5 hours. I called to have him transfered to another facility, asking for paperwork to be sent over. Managed to have a nurse say she'd do it. 4 days later, Im told it still wasnt done and now they dont have him in the system. His "doctor" won't "allow" him to leave without finishing his treatment, and now no one in charge will answer my calls
