I need to see how can i speak with administrator about one of his staff thats over the EVS department it's sad how I witnessed her talking to one of the employees not only that the lady is very rude attitude is very unacceptable I will contacting corporate about this matter if it's not addressed quickly thanks!

My mom is there and the workers there are just so patient and compassionate. They always speak and communicate with me when my mom has anything going on! The residents are free to come and go and don’t have a lot of restrictions. The business office communicates well and they help you work through things. I took one star off because sometimes when i walk in the smell of 💩hits me! But i know they change them every 2 hours and my mom hasn’t had a bedsore since she’s been there

They Don’t Like To Contact You Back When You Ask About Clinical They Give You So Many Reasons Why They Don’t Return Your Calls And They Will Keep Giving You The Run Around Weeks At A Time. This Place Picks Whom They Will Accept To The Facility Without Any Reason Why They Didn’t Accept Your Parents. They Only Want AssistedLiving Qualities For A Skilled Nursing Home Unacceptable.
