She took the time to understand exactly what we needed for my father, who was coming home from rehab after hip surgery. Lynette wasn’t one of the caregivers herself, but you can tell she takes pride in the team she’s built. She walked us through the whole process, answered all our questions, and matched us with a caregiver who was the perfect fit…attentive, patient, and reliable. When our original caregiver had a last minute family emergency, Lynette had a backup plan ready to go. There was no lapse in care, and my father never had to go without the help he needed.
