Not the place it used to be, however, there is a new manager there and the last time I was in here too check on my little brotherI will say that housekeeping has improved!!

Non caring assistants. Ignore patients. Offer therapy but not performed on regular basis. No bath given for days!! Many other issues We moved my sister from there. We were never so happy as to do that. She was there more than 20 days and was not bathed or showered during that time nor was she given a towel scrubbing. She received no therapy. Once she said “no” that was it. No encouragement or effort to convince her. Not able todo that they said. I feel that they could have done a better job. I would highly encourage others to seek another place for rehab. We moved her to Pam Rehabilitation and there was a big difference. In less than two weeks she came out walking with a walker.

Visiting this facility for the very first time as a new employee to the company was more than welcoming. The staff and residents welcomed me into the family with open arms. If you are looking for a home for your love one (short stay or long term care) this is the place to be in Webster. Try them for yourself.
