The people that work here at this establishment or non-knowledgeable they’re lazy they’re incompetent. They don’t have a no sense of urgency. They don’t enjoy their job. All they wanna do is come in and look good with tight uniforms on and don’t care about the patient this facility. I wish that I can remove my relative, but that’s their force to be here is unacceptable. The healthcare field with these persons that work here has tremendously gone down if I can write a zero I would.

This nursing facility need to be closed down. They have a big turn over. My family has laid in the bed for more than 8 to 10 hours, and was not changed on multiple occasions. Also somedays they donot get her up, or after 2pm. I filed a grievance with a social workers, but this is still happening. Her bed pillow and sheets was still soiled the entire day. I have pictures. At times, it smell like pee and booboo throughput the halls. Alot of people are moving there love ones. Please donot leave your family in these facilities and not go back at least a few times of the week to check on them. I have been sick to my stomach with the snells

Do not send your loved ones to this facility. We transferred my mother here in early January 2026, and by late March 2026, she was in hospice. The staff lacked basic empathy and failed to provide necessary medical care. Specifically, she developed severe bedsores, including a gaping wound that was never properly treated. This has been a devastating experience for our family, and we are currently pursuing a legal suit for elder abuse. For the sake of your family, please look elsewhere; sending our mother here was a fatal mistake.

I have been here 9 months & going home soon. I'm going to be nothing but honest. There is usually more bad than good in the care in all nursing homes... Some worse than others... I know this because I have now and have had several of my family members in one. It's a very first person I spoke to over the phone that my impression ever changed up with a wonderful woman named Betty. She answers the phone and if you need something done you can always call her if she can do it it will get done ASAP. I have nothing but good to say about the office staff They are amazing. It would be great if they could get back to you a little faster but other than that five stars plus. Especially Elise My case worker. The first & best part of here was when I was in SKILLED NURSING Most service & Nurses were really good though understaffed. I thought I would be home faster after I got done with my intravenously given antibiotics They transferred Me to. LONG TERM CARE Many Surprises here.
