Tomball Nursing Center is a very nice place always clean 👌 friendly staff and work as a team .The Director is very helpful and knows her job i give the 5 stars 🌟 and more .

This rehabilitation facility is supposed to help people recover, but unfortunately, our experience was the exact opposite. My sister-in-law was admitted after suffering a stroke and never received the physical therapy she desperately needed. Her hygiene was neglected, and she developed bed sores while under their care.<br>The lack of attention and care was extremely disappointing. Whenever our family tried to ask questions or address concerns, the staff were often rude and unwilling to provide answers. We were repeatedly told to contact the case worker, which only resulted in being passed around with no real assistance or accountability.<br>There were many other issues throughout her stay, but these were some of the most serious. I would strongly caution anyone considering this facility for a loved one. Our family expected compassionate care and rehabilitation, but sadly, that was not our experience.

To every single family member, do not be fooled by the new name, or the repainting of certain model rooms. Nothing has changed here except aesthetics. If you care about your loved one that resides here, then make sure you are doing your own skin assessments. They were without a treatment nurse for 3 months (December- February). State has been there on a P1 and somehow managed to wiggle out of any violations. Previous management simply abandoned their job before new management took over. There is no teamwork or proper communication between management personnel. When management only looks out for the protection of their job then the only one who suffers is the resident. Best wishes to every family member that has a loved one residing here, you will need it.
