As the place is now with none of the services Keystone prints and does not give you those services you are paying for. The roof is leaking water and one night water was leaking in my room in front of bathroom and I slipped and slammed on my back , showldurr. Her I already had a bad back and you're such a huge difference we're basically on me constant pain five times worse than previously. They refuse to write it incident report I had a call agency for healthcare administration who came to the city and seen Ford themselves been trying to fix the hole in the roof and fixing the least like you never happened.

I was not impressed at all with this place. They are not considerate of people taking naps as they had some Spanish singalongs midday when I was there with my mom when she was trying to sleep. Food is not great. They are very wasteful with electricity, not even replacing their old high wattage lightbulbs with low wattage LEDs, even though I recommended it. The vent in my moms room was filthy and they were so slow to respond to my maintenance request that I wound up doing it myself. A fight broke out in the dining area and none of the staff was able to break up the fight so I (a guest visiting my mom) stepped in and did it. This place is a joke. It is poorly managed by a person that is "full of it" in my opinion. They don't listen to requests, they just run the place the way they want to. I highly discourage going there. They also have a "prison" style layout with the dining room in the center and the rooms along the perimeter of it. My mom commented that she felt like she was in prison there. Also the noise is bad there. There isn't much of anything to absorb sound so it reverberates. Don't believe any replies from staff saying tenants well being is their primary or top concern. That is BS. Their top concern to me seems to be money and doing minimal work. Avoid this place and look for one with better reviews. Save yourself the aggravation. Also, the person that left the other review here seems to have the same name as the person that runs the place, so I suspect that person rated their own facility which is a major red flag for me.
