After a very difficult surgery and a cancer treatment that presented complications, my mom stayed at Aviata at Kissimmee Gardens Villas for more than 90 days. During that entire time, we received excellent treatment and daily care filled with dedication, respect, and humanity. The entire staff was very attentive and committed to her well-being. The facilities were always clean, organized, free of unpleasant odors, and in very good condition, which was very important to our family and gave us great peace of mind. We would especially like to thank Mrs. Raquel De León, one of the managers, who maintained direct communication with me, even on weekends. She was always willing to help us and provide support with everything we needed during my mom’s stay. We know that choosing a place for the care of our parents is not an easy decision. However, at Aviata, they took the time to understand my mom’s special situation and supported her with patience and compassion throughout her recovery process. My mom was discharged from there yesterday, and as a family, all we can say is: Thank you. Thank you for the care, attention, and commitment you show to your patients. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a facility where they truly care about the well-being and care of older adults. Angela Neira

This place is great. When I first got here they made me feel welcome. After my husband passed away I wasn't handling my declining health at my age and never thought I would end up in a SNF. They helped me with everything I needed. The occupational and physical therapists are wonderful. They make sure I get all the medical help I need. The CNAs, RNs and Aids are pleasant and helpful. Spiritual help is here as well. The patient activities crew is awesome. They provide fun games, music and singing, arts and crafts. The facility is very clean and well kept. My family and friends that visit say the same. They tell me I look great and have a better attitude about my medical condition. All of the staff is wonderful and help in any way they can.

The first night that I was brought here I was brought to my room and left alone. The next day I was greeted by Amy she is amazing she showed me the ropes she guided me to the people that I needed so I would know what to do I've been to a lot of activities, bingo, karaok . there's people that bring church here and that are beautiful. some of my CNAs are amazing. These people really care because when it comes to my health and my medication they make sure that I see the right doctors right on time. When it came to my pain management and needed my medication they have the doctor here the next day it was unbelievable. I needed to see a physician's assistant to get some different medication and they had them here the day after that. it's awesome. They keep the facility clean. And when I need something I push the button and my CNA comes and make sure everything is good. Without the CNAs this place would not be as good as it is. So I'm giving a shout out to the CNAs. The physical therapist, and everybody else that has anything to do with my rehabilitation Thank you so much

My grandmother stayed here for a short period of time and I just want to say how grateful our family is for the care she received. From the moment we made it to the lobby the staff made her feel safe respected, and genuinely cared for. That meant everything to us. the nurses were attentive, and always made sure my grandmother was comfortable and understood. social services were incredibly helpful and supportive, making the process feel less overwhelming and more personal. And the activities department brought her positivity and joy and that really lifted her spirits during her stay You can tell this place truly cares about what they do. Thank you all for treating my grandmother with dignity and compassion and for giving our family peace of mind. It did not go unnoticed.

My BELOVED grandmother was in care and hospice at this Aviata location facility until she passed away. I do not have enough words to express the amazing level of care, communication, compassion and comfort my grandmother received and as a family we were provided. It made the final transition so much easier to bear. She was always clean, her bed freshly made, attended and looked after. The faculty staff was open in communication and answered our questions openly and in a reasonable amount of time. From the nurses to the business office, case and social manager, we always felt seen and supported. The facility itself was clean and its residents looked very well cared for. The gratitude I have for Aviata during this extremely difficult time will never go away. Thank you.
