I was transferred today from the hospital to this location very bad location. They don’t even come to the room right away. They don’t even pronounce themselves to you then when they come in, they said they’re gonna come back and take some an hour to two hours for them to come back. I was in a room with this lady. I feel so bad for her. I got there at 3:30 she’s been asking to go use the restroom. She needs assistance. She cannot stand by herself. She was full of feces, urine bed with urine for clothes with urine and all they said that she had to wait while the patient is sitting there all full of feces and everything very very unprofessional. I have work for a Nursing Home for 20 years. I felt so sorry for this lady and with the pain that I was having myself I went and changed the lady change her sheets change her clothes and gave her a bed bath. This is really uncalled for and I will not recommend this location to no one. The staff there is awful. They don’t even bother coming to you when they need to the aid comes into the room sit down, gossiping about something instead of taking care of her patient since I came in she never came in to check on her patient to see if she was clean or not and I could not stay in a location where I could not be able to get washed or cleaned or get my medication’s I decided to sign myself out. I will not go to this location ever again. I also want to add that they didn’t make me feel welcome as well. I go through really bad anxieties and depression and today Monday I’m trying to relax because I have so much pain on my back to have two sheriffs department come to my house asking me if I was OK which they should’ve had communicated that to me to let me know. That they would send someone here to check up on me. I was so upset. My anxieties were so bad. My blood pressure was so high that I had to call My Doctor and go see my psychiatrist because I was so bad with my nerves. This is very uncalled for and unprofessional for them to make me feel this way that I am now at my doctors office getting medication because of my anxieties are so bad.

I was stuck trying to decide where to place my aunt, torn between two different facilities. Jaileen gave us a wonderful tour that truly helped make the decision easier, and she was incredibly compassionate and welcoming throughout the entire process. After much consideration, we decided to place my aunt at Aviata at St. Cloud, confident it was the right choice for her care.
