Now I have to do their jobs for them. This is the weekend with all agency people. Do ho had my blood taken this morning and I was changed. No one ever came in again until 12,:30 to bring in my cold( it's always cold ) lunch. The nurse never came to to a blood test. I didn't bother eating the food no need. This place says that they care. They don't care I have to remind them to take my blood sugatoday was a perfect example of could care less about the patient. The sign I have or and how to to change me . The agency people are here for one thing MONEY. They don' care about the patient and I am not the only one who says it I'm just the most verbaleagain today the food came a full 12 hour before the nurse came to take my blood. I'm tired of doing their job. So I told her to write it up in the book that I refused my finger prick and for her to write herself up for being over 12 late on getting here before my dinner to take it. She refused and took it any way I have had it with this placethis place needs to be reported. They bring in agency people who don't care about the patients all they are here for is the money. Itsa a shame. The good staff quits for better pay and we as pate. Ients suffertodsy was a perfect example . The sign on my door says do not disturb between 11 pm and 6 am. At 455 am some agency nurse came in and said she was here with my pill. I don't take any pills in the morning and asked her to leave she wasn't very happy. They do not care about the patient. This place does not care the would rather I have dementia or be senile or just lay here but unfortunately I am still able to know what's going on . And what they do is wrong and I'm tired of how I'm being treated and maybe the state needs to know . Iver been here almost 2 years and it's been a living hell for 1 and a half of it.

Everyone I had contact with was very friendly, helpful. A pleasant experience. However, Wednesday 11-5-25 I was to get a call from your Dr. about Carl Rhoten my cousin in regards to his medical treatment. Today 11-6-25 still waiting for that call ! That leaves a bad taste in one's mouth, just saying!

My mom is the patient and from her perspective it’s a wonderful place to stay for her recovery/rehabilitation. My perspective, as her daughter not receiving care, is the same. The care staff as well as the administrative staff, are amazing!! Everyone is friendly, attentive, informative, helpful…all employees of Autumn Lake do their job well and correctly…which I must add, is very hard to find in any field of work these days. I would hope that when/if I would need the same type of care, I would be able to receive it at Autumn Lake in Manchester, Maryland. My heartfelt appreciation goes out to the employees and staff there. Blessings to you all, for your time, efforts, and the sheer love of your job…I don’t know what we would do without people like you!!🥰
