I will definitely recommend Atria to anyone: The vibrant location spot on the Upper West Side, next to Central Park and Riverside park is convenient for active seniors. Atria offers a welcoming atmosphere and amenities that include rooftop views, a penthouse fitness center, restaurants, cafe, grills, outdoor dinning and a pet- friendly environment. Also, atria offers engaging activities for your loved ones. Activities include jazz performances, broadway outings , and even writing and reading workshops and many more. In addition, the facility offers services like physical therapy which helps patients with chronic pain and they offer a 24/7 wellness center with cares staff on site read to help.

More than two years ago, I went on a tour of Atria West, and I immediately knew it was a special place—one where my mother would truly feel at home.What stood out to me right away was the breadth and energy of the activities and programming. My mother has always loved games—Mahjong, Rummikub, Bridge, Scrabble—and she has been a painter for as long as I can remember. Seeing the painting class and the many other offerings made it clear that Atria West wasn’t just a residence; it was a community where she could stay engaged, active, and inspired.<br><br>My mother has been genuinely happy at Atria West. She participates in the painting and games, does morning exercise class each day, attends additional activities and even enjoys the afternoon (and sometimes evening) movies.<br><br>My family is also incredibly grateful for the medication support—having her medications brought to her each day in the morning, at lunch, at dinner, and prior to bed. Medication management can be confusing, and knowing Atria West handles it so reliably gives our family real peace of mind.<br><br>In addition, her apartment is very nice and makes it very easy to have visits with friends and family.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with my mom’s decision to move into Atria West and with the care she’s receiving.

The location is great and convenient for Westside concert halls. The food is delicious and have great variety. The staff are very pleasant.

Atria West 86 is located in the heart if Upper West side and boasts a very interesting community, a very caring staff, and wonderful programs and excursions. I could ask for anything more. I love being here.
