Had the pleasure of viewing this property for an impromptu visit. The amenities and facility appeared clean, and staff members were friendly. Tenants appeared to also look as if they enjoyed living in the community which was nice to see. I would recommend this location specifically for a family member or person looking for a senior community that has a wide range of activities from movie nights to wine socials right within the building.

Arbor Terrace Herndon is a wonderful place for our mom. Staff are super friendly and helpful. 24-hour concierge at front desk. The apartments are clean, large and bright. Many diverse activities plus transportation for errands and community adventures. Residents seem very content and happy in their community. Good vibes all around.

I play piano regularly at Arbor Terrace and the response and interactions I get from the residents is like visiting family. Everyone is so respectful and kind (better than family?). I've made lots of friends there. The staff too is very professional and services the residents with care and understanding. The facility is very clean and well managed. I would highly recommend Arbor Terrace.

While I’ve been volunteering here everyone’s been so nice and it’s been a joy. I’ve especially liked Fatima, Jackie and Nay they have all been so nice and I’ve enjoyed the time I’ve spent here over the summer. The residents have also been great and I’ve loved hearing there stories.
