An awful place. I have contacted Apple Corporate via phone and it was requested that my pictures be sent. Please please please don’t put your loved one here. The entire family is so upset. It’s so dirty, the food is inedible, and it is absolutely clear Apple cares nothing for the place or for the patients. Getting our loved one moved is a priority.

Worst place ever, refused to follow hospital instructions. The staff is deplorable. The food stinks, meds I was to have got nothing, nurse call 20 to 45 minutes to answer, had to call operator to get help. And then told I should be patient, you could die and they wouldn’t even know it I will call dr tomorrow to be placed elsewhere👎👎👎

Could not be more thrilled with the service my family and I received at this facility. Our concerns were responded to immediately and professionally, and we had a direct line of communication the whole time in regards to our care plan and rehabilitation. The building itself was quite centrally located and impeccably clean. I would give the staff 10 stars if I could!
