My mother has been in norwich rehab center four time and let me tell you this. I would never send her back after being in Apple rehab ( Orchard Grove). Apple rehab is the cleanest, bright, friendest, knowledgeable place you could ask for. The staff is amazing with all the help they are giving to my mother to get her back home. Shelly is an amazing nurse. She goes up and beyond her job duties. Me and my whole family can't thank her enough. From me and my whole family want to thank the whole staff of Apple rehab. Sincerely thank you very much.

Please do your loved ones a favor and look at other options. I could write a book on why this facility shouldn’t be taking people in and how my father was neglected while there. It’s not a good choice for rehab or long term. People who work there are, for the most part, lovely. But at the end of the day, my father received sub-par care and when we tried to transfer him, they delayed the process (clearly to get the insurance money, not that they’d ever admit that).

My mom is a patient here for rehab. Almost all the staff here are AMAZING not just the nurses and aides but the sweet receptionist, social worker, administrator among others. They have even offered her this AWESOME treatment for her wounds that she’s had for over 6 years. NO OTHER PLACE has ever offered us this. The people here are like family the residents AND staff. Yes they’re short staffed that’s NOT their fault I actually feel bad for them doing all the running around that they do. I don’t understand why someone people give them bad reviews. They’re AWESOME. THANK YOU SO MUCH APPLE REHAB for ALL you’re doing for my mom and for putting up with her you’re appreciated MORE THAN you know. YOU ALL ARE LIKE MEMBERS OF OUR FAMILY

My mother was a patient there. They had her in a wheelchair sitting by the nurses station all day. No interaction with anyone. It is pathetic. They don't put alarms on the beds so people who are fall risks end up on the floor. She was there for 10 days and she fell out of bed requiring stitches in her head. They only knew she fell because of the ladies in the room across the hall heard her hit the floor and summoned help. We took her home and now are fighting to get a refund. Please be very careful when choosing a place for your loved one.

Beautiful facility. The CNAs are wonderful. Some of the nurses that work there are some of the sweetest nurses I’ve met. I just wish that the receptionist was a little bit friendlier, she was very loud and some what rude.
