Danger--#1 I am an elder care advocate that got sent to the Clipper after a hip replacement. I found AND corrected being given the wrong meds. #2 I had to call the police who got a 93yr old to safety sooner than the staff (((i was leaning on the call button 4 help--- the outside WPD came faster)))--- the mgt of the Clipper each time retaliated in 2times trying to toss me out before my sched date & well being. They forced staff into positions to lose their license rather than get terminated.

91 yr old Mom with some memory and mobility issues has been there a week and our family is soooo pleased so far, they're all so caring and down to earth helpful. Great relief for us because we moved her from another rehab place in Wakefield which was horrible!!! Bravo Apple Rehab in Westerly. Thank you!!!
