Whoever that first review was, they are ignorant. I’ve been here since November ‘24, and couldn’t be more delighted. I’ve got mobility issues and need assisted living. The staff could not be more understanding, patient, caring, empathetic, and enthusiastic. It is immaculately kept, there are activities and camaraderie galore. I had other options, but this is The Waldorf compared to them!

They will lie to your face. Unorganized, rude, and clearly oblivious. I would not recommend this facility for anyone who cares about their family.
