There is not enough room to list all the positive comments that should be attributed to Mystic Healthcare. The kindness, patience and communication given to families is superior; however, it is the focus that is front and center on the patient that is outstanding. The facility and grounds are inviting. The general areas have an ambience that is homey in design and feel. Most important, the patient areas are consistently clean The staff is professional with an ability to maintain a friendliness that goes well beyond any job description--from the office staff, to the nurses and doctors, the receptionists, to the chef and his workers, to the cleaning employees--and all those I am leaving out that deserve praise. All are compassionate; all acknowledge a visitor with a smile. Meals look delicious, activities are varied, and the level of attention to patients is commendable. I feel fortunate that I found Mystic Healthcare for my loved one. It takes so much of the worry away.

I saw the food they are serving residents. A sandwich the size of a fist with a single slice of tomato. It doesn't seem conducive to getting healthier. The front staff are very nice, but they seem to be understaffed everywhere else. None of this is the fault of the workers. It's a bad industry.

I’ve been there three or four times in the last couple of weeks and the staff have always been very pleasant and extremely helpful whenever I ask for assistance or even when I had to make a phone call to talk to the nurse at the wing that I visit. When I call on the phone to talk to someone from the nurses station about my friend, they have always given me the information right then and there or have gotten back to me within a couple hours and answered my questions. It is very neat and clean and I would recommend this place to anybody that is looking for Rehabilitation services.

Everyone here at this facility was very polite, very pleasant and took my cares and concerns under consideration. The facility was very neat and clean and the doctor and nurse all used the appropriate care. My doctor addressed all of the concerns that I had and came up with a solution to my problem. I would recommend this place most definitely.
