DO NOT hire this agency. I had to call the police & report to remove an Aide from my house. She refused to leave but was too tired to take me to doctor’s. I had given Supervisor 1.5 weeks notification of a doctor appointment I had waited 3 mths to get. Caregivers has a habit of not showing up. Other caregivers heard & complains that a dementia client never got cleaned & changed all day.

This is by far, the very best Care-giving Service in the world!!! My sister has received over and beyond the call of duty by all who work here, and they treat my sister with compassion, dignity, and care that is missing in many other Home Care Services.<br><br>Lisa ,(the Owner) also treats my sister like family and since we are so far away, it gives us a huge sense of satisfaction knowing we can trust the Owner and her staff . I don't know how to ever thank these people enough because I really feel my sister would not be here without them.<br><br>Helping Hands and Healing hearts does just what their name says~~~ I would highly recommend (with 5 stars) this dedicated group of people. They deserve more than just words of praise..And thank you from the bottom of our hearts and my sister's heart! KUDOS to all of you for giving just more than care.
