Angels Senior Living at<br>New Tampa is wonderful! My aunt was there for over 2 years in their memory care unit. At her previous ALF, she was anxious, pacing, genuinely unhappy and unclean. The moment she arrived at Angels, she was calm, content, happy and clean! The care and love that she received was amazing! The communication from all of the staff was consistent and very helpful! I can not say enough about the care given at Angels New Tampa!! They became family!

From the moment my mother moved into Angel's the Staff were very accommodating, kind and compassionate. If mom didn't come down for meal time there was someone checking in on her almost immediately. Although my mom's health has taken a turn and now needs to be in Skilled Care, all I can say is I deeply miss Angel's because mom was treated like family there. She was so happy there. The facility was always clean and very tastefully decorated!

We had a chance to tour Angels Senior Living at New Tampa with Rebecca Perry today - Beautiful facility for Assisted Living and Memory Care. Staff is very attentive to residents, well maintained and alot of activities for the residents. Rebecca is very knowledgeable with Dementia and Elder Care with her background and experience.

Worst management. I brought my mom here in Oct. We are not happy at all with the management staff. My mom has Medicaid, Still they haven’t billed Medicaid properly. They are taking money every month from my bank acct. previously they said Medicaid will pay part of it. No one seems to know anything. Not enough competent staff.

My mom started the elderly day care on the memory care side and each time I pick her up she says she had a ball. Shawnette Moll and there whole staff are amazing. Thank you for accepting my mom and making it special for her!
