Today was the first time I came here. And I had called before coming. It’s Saturday so the front desk person is T White, so polite. She is so helpful, the way she Represents your facility it’s very professional. I called during the week because my mother is here for a treatment and barely got anyone to answer the phone but when I call today I was treated with the upmost respect And politeness.

My mother has been a resident at Blue Palms village at Fletcher (formerly Concordia Village) for several years, and it brings me real peace of mind knowing she is in such a caring and supportive environment. One of the highlights is the activities center, run by Dee,Julie & Barb who go above and beyond every single day. They make sure the residents are not only entertained, but truly engaged and included. Because of them, my mother has formed meaningful friendships and always has something to look forward to. Seeing her happy, social, and well cared for means everything to our family. The kindness, patience, and dedication of the staff do not go unnoticed. I’m incredibly grateful for the community they’ve created here. It’s a comforting feeling knowing she’s in such a happy, positive and caring environment.

Since the new ownership, this place has been amazing. They have been doing a lot of remodeling and everything looks super nice. I love the pool and movie room. The skylight dining room is always great, and the food is great too.
