Wow! I cant say enough good things about this place. Kennedy the Director of Nursing went above and beyond with customer service and her healthcare knowledge. She greeted us on our first day and made us feel welcomed and like family. We were nervous to drop Mom off at a nursing home but trusted Kennedy and her team and they exceeded all expectations. I also want to shout out Brandy one of the nurses, she too went above and beyond for my loved one. If you need a facility for your loved one that you can trust, is clean, communicates very well please choose this one. Hats off to this team.

When I first entered the building it was a burst of freshness, of a scent I've never encountered before. Security and signing in was good. The staff was friendly. Is was was bright nice spirit inside as I walked through. I was highly impressed in the facility. My loved one said that he had been well taken care of. Thank you for your professionalism. God Bless you all!

I had a great experience at Fairway thanks to Kimmy. Her customer service was excellent—she was very kind, professional, and helpful. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. It’s always nice to meet someone who truly cares about helping customers. Thank you, Kimmy, for the outstanding service!

One of the worst places I’ve ever seen whatever you do do not send your family there filthy lackadaisical staff patients needing assistance and not getting it. My uncle went there from the hospital. He was in great shape doing fine three days in that place we had to take him out and get him back to the hospital. No one checked on him for hours. No one routinely took vitals when we arrived. The man next to him moved out of the room they left the man’s dirty bedding and trash all night. Bathrooms were filthy in patient’s room and in hallway hallways were disgusting. Rooms were disgusting. no, I firmly believe that another few days there in my uncle would have passed. We have him back at the hospital in Riverview, Florida and the car is amazing. They told us that it did not look like he had been clean in three days there please try to do better. These are people’s loved ones. They’re not just an insurance claim to everyone else. They are their family friends people that you’ve spent your whole life with. They’re not just numbers they mean something if someone is not cut out for that type of work don’t try to get easy money cause it’s not an easy job I know that family is the most valuable thing in this world. If people do not understand the job please don’t do it.

Had to leave a star to leave a review!!!!! One star isn’t deserved for front staff I am writing to express concern regarding the professionalism of the front desk staff when answering phone inquiries. During a recent call, I spoke with Kimmy( she said her name was) who was unhelpful, dismissive, and failed to provide clear or accurate information in response to reasonable questions. The manner in which the call was handled was abrupt and lacked the courtesy one would reasonably expect. Given that this is a nursing home, where families often call seeking guidance, reassurance, or important information regarding care and services, the tone and quality of communication are especially critical. The interaction I experienced did not reflect the level of professionalism, attentiveness, or compassion that should be standard in such a setting. The front desk serves as the first point of contact and sets the tone for the entire facility. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression and raises concerns about customer service standards. I hope management will address this matter to ensure future callers receive respectful, clear, and professional communication. This has affected all your staff as team. Also Front desk does not ask for somebody Social Security number when they enter the building. That right there is a red flag She is not a manager or a supervisor she is in no position to ask personal information like this..
