My mom was in need of urgent home care. And Mr.Scott, and Miss Regina took my mom in quickly. My mom’s stay was short due to ambulation, and her level of necessities were more long term, and she needed more care, so she lived here briefly. But her short stay at Palm Terrace was full of the upmost caring staff, the activities were excellent, the freedom of choice was there, residents were engaged as if they were living a college dorm life. The facility was clean. They had more of a home responsibility in bedrooms, they definitely had privacy in their rooms, My mom never had her belongings taken. She had freedom, made friends, Miss Regina runs a good loving, dignified ALF. They have their own Church inside, boutique as well. I was so impressed on how calm they handled things. And just so you know my first impression of Miss Regina will always be how she loved on my mom first day like a mother would with her own child, and that is real.It was hard for me to leave my mom in strangers hands but I want to thank the staff for making it ok to have trusted them with my Queen Bee 🐝. Thank you Palm Terrace I am forever grateful.
