I have had the pleasure of visiting Promise point in Tampa. Starting the journey with Patricia at the front desk…delightful! Meeting the activities team during a wine Wednesday, where the residents were all enjoying themselves. From there I was taken on a tour of the community with Paula, the Marketing director. Paula has been a part of this community for almost 4 years and knows all the residents by name! She has a special place in her Heart for everyone and it shows…My Mom will be coming for a tour and after today I’m SURE she will love it!

I moved into Promise Pointe a month ago, and it has been a wonderful experience. I moved from a large single family home into a one-bedroom apartment. I thought the transition was going to be a lot harder than it was. I credit this to the entire staff, they are incredibly warm, friendly, and super attentive to everything I need. I want to give a special thank you to one of my nurses, Joanne - she is absolutely wonderful! She always take the time to sit and chat with me, which truly brightens my day. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a caring, welcoming place to call home.

I cannot say enough great things about this senior living community. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can truly feel the warmth and welcoming atmosphere. The staff go above and beyond to treat every resident with kindness, dignity, and respect, and it brings so much peace of mind knowing your loved one is in such caring hands. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and feels like home rather than an institution. There are plenty of activities, social events, and opportunities for residents to stay engaged and active, which makes a huge difference in their overall happiness and well-being. What stands out the most is how attentive and compassionate the team is—they take the time to get to know each resident personally and genuinely care about their needs. It’s clear they are dedicated to providing not just care, but a high quality of life. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment for their loved one.

When my mom first told us that she wanted to go to an assisted living place after my dad passed, I being from out of state had no idea where to turn. She suggested, and I had heard from other people, that we check into Promise Pointe because they had a good reputation. I called their marketing director and made an appointment to go for a visit and tour. We were greeted by the marketing director Paula who gave us a very thorough tour of units that were available. She went over all of the rules and expenses and other things that would be needed. I was actually mildly surprised that it was so affordable. The amenities looked wonderful and the ability to do physical therapy right there on site was a real plus. They had both the dining room and the bistro area so that if you wanted to formally sit down with others you could or if you wanted to wing it at the bistro you could do that too. During this whole process I was in continue a contact with Paula as we prepared for her eventual entry into the Promise Pointe environment. The paperwork of course was endless, but fortunately we were able to work together seamlessly to make it happen in fairly quick manner. We were able to get her set up with the in-house doctor and medication delivery system within days. My mom already knew some of the people but made new friends easily and was extremely pleased with her decision to go there. She liked the food, but she especially liked that she could take her companion dog with her and go out and go around the grounds and take her for a walk. Over the months there was often need for communication regarding my mom and her care. She loved the staff who were very attentive, and the nurses were also excellent. They all worked very hard and sometimes, though not often but sometimes, it was difficult to get a hold of anybody because they were busy working. I live out of state, over 1500 mi away and so I could not just stop by and deal with a situation immediately. It was during this time that I would reach in my desk and pull out the card that I had received on the very first day from the marketing director Paula. She had her cell phone number on there and told me that even if there was anything I ever needed after my mom moved in that I should just text her and let her know. I did, though not usually my first contact I tried to go through channels and the front desk first, but when for any variety of reasons I could not get through to the people I needed to, a quick text message to Paula received a prompt reply. Paula's ability to bridge the gap in continuation of care is an invaluable part of our experience with Promise Pointe. She could either direct me to the right person, or ask the right person to give me a call which cultivated a deep and rich communication experience with the leadership team and staff. Whether she was at the facility or at home, I could always count on her to reach fun to my texts. The entire experience with my mom being at Promise Pointe was wonderful. There is always a few bumps, but with good communication it is easy to work through those with just a slight ripple instead of a big splash. I appreciate so much all of the workers who deal with my mom, the staff and the leadership team for their willingness to be mindfully engaged and intentional when it comes to the care of our parents.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and for the most part I’m very happy. My apartment is light and airy as is the whole building. I think because of all of the windows, providing the natural light plus the high ceilings. We have a wonderful marketing Director, Paula, who plans special events where we residents can invite our friends and family. Even after a sale, Paula continues to be a liaison between residents and Management. Another of the staff who provides this wonderful connection is Patricia at the concierge’s desk. The culinary staff under the direction of Roderick prepare us three Delicious meals a day giving us multiple food choices. Maintenance issues are always Activity staff is top notch and keep our calendar full with entertainment Exercise for both mind and body taken care of in timely fashion. Weekly Housekeeping is another of our wonderful amenities. The activities staff is top-notch and keep our calendar, full with entertainment, exercise for both mind and ,body, and lots of food and drink events.
