The admin staff and head nurse is superb in co-ordinating care and addressing any concerns I have. This nursing home is the cleanest facility I have ever seen. 😮

This place is subpar at best! If you do not need to start the Medicaid process, you NOT put your loved one here!! Staff is extremely rude and neglectful to the patient, UNLESS you visit your loved ones or have eyes on the place. Doctors and admin staff are aloof, but very nice, but they are not ones that are taking care of your loved ones 24/7. Very disappointing. I had high-hopes. Definitely overpriced for the quality of care.

I had a very positive experience with Whispering Oaks SNF. The staff is incredibly compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to providing high-quality care. From the nurses to the support staff, everyone goes out of their way to make residents feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Communication with families is also excellent—they keep you informed and are always willing to answer questions or address concerns. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the well-being of each resident. I would highly recommend Whispering Oaks SNF to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and caring environment for their loved one.

Whispering Oaks is truly an amazing facility! The entire staff is incredibly caring, and it’s clear that the patients are deeply loved and well-attended to. The facility is exceptionally well-run, with leadership that goes above and beyond to ensure everything operates smoothly. I’m also impressed by the variety of activities they provide to keep residents engaged and active. I highly recommend Whispering Oaks for anyone looking for exceptional care

Ms. Alexis and Brielle. I want to thank both of you from the bottom of my heart. Your professionalism, commitment to patient care, and dedication to patients love ones made me feel that my love one is being seen, heard, most importantly understood, and her needs are being met. You both went over and above to right a wrong that Whispering Oaks did not cause. Through sheer tenacity you were able to reschedule my love one's appointment, that took 4 months to get the first time due to the nature of the procedure. Alivi Transportation no showed twice on the scheduled date and times. You made what seemed impossible, possible. Yall reschedule another appointment for Jan 29 and confirm transport with a different company, WOW. My family's mental state and my love one's metal state has a better outlook.
