I made numerous complaints about an employee in there named danesha Ervin and and nothing was done about it. That employee likes to get high in the residence bathroom. And I know for a fact they never drug tested her cause I seen her nodding off numerous times. And that’s a safety hazard and what she’s doing can turn into a dangerous unfortunate situation for her or one of the clients in there if they find anything she those in there

The building itself is old, but they seem to be working on it. The staff, nurses, PT & OT, and doctors are all very kind in front of you. I'm thankful for that. God blessed me once again with an ok place to heal. The food is ok. I wish I could choose my meals or at least mark out what I don't like so they aren't wasting food. I've only been here for 5 days but hopeful that the good care will continue. If you need a place to heal, this is a good enough place to do so.
