My Sister, Mom, and myself were in search of a caring home for our Loved one. Ms./Mrs. Margo had given us the most memorable tour! She is knowledgeable, thorough, informative, professional, patient, and funny lol! She gives positive vibes! She is awesome! Ms. Margo was amazing while touring the facility!! My mom was in this facility two years ago for short term disability and I really did like this facility! Me and my Dad is looking for a long term facility to put my Mom in and I remember this facility!! They updated the facility from the last time I remember! The patio is now open for the residents to go outside and enjoy the weather!! We are definitely recommending this again!! The only thing is it does have a little bit of an odor, but that was only one day of me touring the facility! And the smell wasn't as bad as the last facility my Mom was in!!! I truly recommend this facility!!

My family(sister, niece and me) visited ALIYA on 87th and had the pleasure of being provided a tour by the Director of Customer Experience, Margo Miller who performed above my expectations. Margo was efficient in informing us about operational factors at the facility. Margo provided a full and informative tour of the center answering all questions posed to her. She also offer her insights to securing rehab services for my brother and allowed us to speak with the Physical Therapy staff at length. I was extremely impressed with the level of knowledge share by Margo and her down to earth delivery of information to us. I was both pleased and satisfied with Margo’s representation of the care her agency provides to consumers being serviced at ALIYA on 87th. Thank you Margo for taking the time to provide a tour for us and for your informative sharing of information about the services offered at ALIYA.

I came in for a tour, and Margo was amazing. She was very nice and respectful from the moment I arrived, which made me feel comfortable right away. She took her time explaining everything clearly and made sure I understood all the details. She was also very helpful in answering all my questions and didn’t rush through anything. I really appreciated how patient and professional she was throughout the entire tour. Overall, she made the experience very positive and welcoming.

Margo Miller the customer service director was fabulous!! 1st of all she greeted us like family. We were nervous about putting our Mom ( Mary McDonald)in a nursing home or long-term care. Margo answered every question and truly eased our minds. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. We are looking forward to working with the staff that will be caring for our mother. In addition,the administrator Arleen Batorek was great as well. Thanks so much for your attention and kindness.
