Overall, Addington Place is a nice community. The building is clean, the residents seem well cared for, and everyone I've interacted with has been friendly.<br><br>The only downside is that it can be difficult to find staff when you need someone. There have been several times I've walked around looking for an employee before finally tracking someone down. Once you do find them, they're always helpful and kind—it just seems like they could use a few more people on the floor.<br><br>Other than that, I've had good experiences here and would recommend it.

Looks good on the outside. Extremely understaffed. Heather has been the director for years. All she got for abuse was a 10hr class. The memory care side it absolutely terrible. They do not care becuase no one remembers so staff does whatever and its not good. Staff are all friends who cover for eachother. One staff how ever is great and they are taking notes. If you see something SAY SOMETHING TO THE BOARD!
