My mom died there three years ago,mostly due to morphine overdose (she was given morphine every two hours,even though she was allergic). She fell twice due to negligence. The second time putting her in the hospital with injuries. Once she was bottomless due to failure to put another Depends on her. We were never notified about her COVID or her declining health due to COVID. Upon her death,she weighed about 85 pounds,even though we were told she was eating and "doing good". Once while visiting her she asked for coffee. My mom was nearly blind,but received no assistance while handling hot coffee.My mother had high blood pressure,but I never saw medication being administered to her. She always seemed scared and upset. Many times she was left alone in the dining area

My mom has COPD and dementia and everytime we go to see her she has no oxygen in her tank and last time her pulse/ox said oxygen level was 59%. That is almost dead and they just make excuses. They lied to the place we tried to move her to so they wouldn't take her. We are so sad and just beside ourselves with grief over the care she is receiving. Please help us.

I am very impressed with managements efforts to recognize employees who go above and beyond. They are truly dedicated to making the facility a home for those who live there. I have witnessed so much loving and compassionate care since I have been there. I cant wait to see where Genesis goes in the future they have so much planned for the building, residents and staff.

This Senior living center is a wonderful place for your loved ones to live. The staff are passionate about their work and treat the residents like family. There’s always something going on such as daily Bible studies, Dog Day where the residents get to enjoy visiting dogs, Bingo and much more.
