The staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. They cannot say “hello” or greet people who don’t fit their prejudice criteria of what they want you to look like. They treat you like an animal and have 0 respect for certain people. They have 0 manners and can’t even be polite to people who are helping them with things that they requested. Especially the blonde manager with the big office, completely rude and nasty person. The receptionist, who has the job of greeting people when they walk in the door, refuses to do that and won’t even respond if you greet her.

Wow! Just wow! We were so grateful that dad was accepted by worthington Christian village for dad’s rehab after he broke his hip. At 93 he has many challenges, but we were so impressed with the nursing staff and their clinical partners, the aides, the dietary staff, the physical therapy staff, the activities staff and the social work staff who helped him every minute of every day to help him recover. They didn’t just do the basics ( like many places do) they often went extraordinarily out of their way to find a solution to dad’s situation or to make sure he was comfortable. And every single person working there clearly loves their job and enjoys working with the residents. WCV is a true gem. Highly recommend.

WCV has been home to Mom and Dad for about 5 years. Most important to me is the fact they are safe. They are surrounded by friends. The are as busy as they elect to be. They have never had negative words regarding their decision to live here. I believe they are treasured by neighbors and staff. What more could I ask for?

My husband Chris and I moved into a cottage in The Colony at Worthington Christian Village in 2007. Some of the happiest years of our married life were spent there. The office staff always aimed to please and the maintenance crew was outstanding. Planned activities kept us as busy as we wanted to be and provided a wonderful way to socialize with friends and neighbors. I would still be there if I hadn’t lost my love in 2013, causing me to realize it made sense to move near one of my children who were all more than 600 miles away. I left in 2014 and now, going on 7 years later, I miss Worthington Christian Village and treasure memories of my time there.
