My mother was here for over 2 months, during that time she went to the emergency room 3x. Each time Worcester Rehab didn't follow the discharge instructions from the ER. I'm assuming to save money because they would tell my mother they didn't have the most basic medications like toradol. I made sure to check on her everyday when she was there. I feel like she could've been discharged sooner if communication was better. Tina that works at the front desk is really nice. I don't recommend sending your loved one here.

I have a loved one at Worcester Rehab and so far the staff has been cooperative and supportive. The social services staff member goes above and beyond! I am so grateful for her always listening to my concerns. It gives me some comfort knowing she cares.

I am posting this because I recently had the opportunity to meet Jennifer , the Director of Social Services. She totally put my mind at ease with regards to a family member who is at the facility. She answered all of my questions and her input was very helpful and she was very kind. We have also had good interactions with the nursing staff and , Ashley, in the Billing Department has also been very helpful.

Nursing staff and most employees are great and caring. But when it comes to how the facility is managed and big issues like fixing the ventilation, air quality, phone lines broken and not fixing them for residents and infestation of mice and cockroaches. You should avoid this location for you or your family.

My mother in law currently stays here. And god what a nightmare it is every time we come to visit. It’s sad how run down the facility is. Don’t know how it’s supposed to be a rehab, when she tells me all the time about people swapping drugs and getting high in there all the time. On top of it the buildings infested with mice, she can’t even order groceries for herself without mice getting into them so she has to lock them up in dressers where she’s supposed to keep her clothes. And not to mention she’s had over 200$ worth of clothing stolen from the facility. Don’t know who it is but anytime she requests laundry to be done she gets a bag back with half of her stuff missing. Overall, the staff need to be fired and the building needs to be shut down. I see nothing but a pending lawsuit if things don’t change.
