My father notified me on oct 6, he has been in a hospital for 3 days. No one called me.I was told my father is not an emergency contact list. He was discharged and he had to pass a competency test to add me to contacts. I took off two days FMLA, drove through a blinding rainstorm almost lost my job to take care of the matter! He passed the test; Now they must contact me. He went back into the hospital in december, I was never notified! If my father goes to the hospital, is dying, or died, no one is going to call me!!. Worst facility i've ever seen. Management is poor. Therapy is great. Food is fifty fifty.

I have nothing but high praise for the staff and management at Woodmont. Both our parents spent the better part of the year here. They were kind, understanding, helpful and flexible in their care for our parents. We had lots of questions they helped us navigate complicated physical and mental health issues. As well as insurance. Dietary staff serve wide array of meals for residents and monthly family meals. Care team members and nurses and physical therapy all treated us as family.

My niece (54) passed away recently at Woodmont after months of dealing with severe pain and loss of the use of all her extremities due to a massive stroke. My family and I could not have asked for a more caring and compassionate staff. I would like to thank you all for making her last days comfortable and peaceful. I would personally like to thank the person or persons responsible for the sausage biscuits and gravy which she looked forward to every day.

Senior staff very knowledgeable in admission and payment process. CNAs, housekeeping, nurses and others very nice to my mother and family members when we visit. Facility clean and odor free. So far great facility and great experience.
