Families describe West River Health Campus, especially its Legacy memory care unit, as warm and attentive, with many praising long-term staff relationships, therapy outcomes, and food quality. Staff is very skilled, professional, friendly, and attentive to the needs of both residents and family members. The personal attention given the residents is superb. The campus is exceptionally clean and well furnished, as are the resident quarters. Outdoor spaces are great for residents and family to visit. A strong effort is put forth to provide not just care, but quality of life for the residents. Activities, outings, and in-house entertainment are the norm, not the exception. Both of my parents are currently residing at West River, and this location was, and remains, our first choice for them.
