I definitely would not recommend. I was told after my mom was moved here that I could call and ask for the nurses station and they would take her the phone or wheel her down for her to use since she didn’t have a phone and there are none in the rooms. I have only been able to talk to her one time since she was moved there over a month ago. I get told they can’t get her down there or they will take the phone down there in a bit and have her call me back or I just wait on hold 20 minutes and no answer. She is supposed to be there for rehab and was doing better when she was at Encompass and now they say here that she can’t get out of bed without a lift assist. She is supposed to be there for therapy to get stronger but it sure doesn’t sound like it she is getting the rehab she thought she was going to get and no one will let me speak to her. I am not in the same state so can’t just drive there anytime.

I left me dad here for a week on Respet care. This was the first time I had to leave him anywhere I was a little worried. Come to find out I had no need to worry. The staff was amazing. They are all caring, loving, and wonderful at their jobs. They truly love their jobs and their patients. I am very thankful for this place. Thank you to all the staff. Dee Dee
