I’ve been involved at NHR as a volunteer for years, but now I have family calling it home. Lots of challenges as with any life change, but I have found so many staff so willing to help and find solutions. Today, met Emily, dietary manager- so excited for her positive encouragement and willingness to provide individual help. Very pleased today!!

Food is terrible and cold. Not a wide variety of choices. Kitchen does not offer substitutes as they immediately close once trays sent out. Food committee informed of residents concerns/complaints but nothing has changed. No gloves worn and fake nails noted.
