After I broke my arm, I was looking for a place to do outpatient therapy. I found Cypress Grove in Newburgh. What a hidden gem! Besides the fact it was close and convenient, I had the best experience! As I entered the building it felt very welcoming. My therapists, Matthew and Jessica were great! I loved working with them! They were very personable and at the same time, professional. They kept my goals and progress as top priority. When asked about goals on the first day, I said being able to go horseback riding on my vacation that had to be postponed because of the accident. In just a few weeks, they had me good as new and I was able to climb on that horse and hang on! Thanks guys! I’ll have to say I had fun doing therapy with you!

Terrible people at this place! One star is the lowest they’d allow me to rate them. My grandad was there and they did a subpar job at best taking “care” of him. They let his bladder fill up to contain nearly 2L of liquid. He fell several times and wasn’t good with communication to the family. They lost where he was sent after he had fallen. I wouldn’t recommend this place to the worst people in the world

I have stayed at a few rehabilitation places and this is one of the best. There are too many nurses, aides, therapists, patients to name but I will truly miss this establishment. They care so much about people's hearts and health and I love every single one. Brandi the nurse practitioner listened and helped as well. Thank you Cypress Grove. You will be missed!
