The program focuses on maintaining a secure environment where residents experience a sense of belonging and meaning each day, including a Meaningful Day activity program built around four domains of wellness.

Long-term care is available for residents who need assistance with daily tasks due to illness, injury, or frailty, and can no longer be cared for at home. Care is provided under the guidance of an attending physician by licensed nurses, specially trained health care aides, and an interdisciplinary team, with services including social activities and physical, occupational, and speech therapies. The settings are described as home-like, cheerful, and secure. The community accepts private pay along with a variety of payment options, including Medicaid for qualified applicants, with Medicaid specialists available to assist with the application process.

Respite care is offered for short-term stays, giving family caregivers a break to travel, start a new job, recover from an illness, or pursue other interests, with the option to extend care if needed. Hospice and palliative care services are provided in partnership with local hospice companies, offering skilled nursing care, spiritual and bereavement counseling, medical equipment and supplies, social services, and pharmacy services through an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, aides, volunteers, social workers, and clergy.
