My husband was brought to Heritage for Rehab due to a amputation.I was absolutely thrilled with the care he received from the nursing staff to his therapists,everyone always had a smile and always there to help anyway they could.I will tell anyone who needs their services to select Heritage because it is a phenomenal facility. I was a patient at Heritage Rehab facility from July 19 until September 1st. I could not have been treated better. The nursing staff was great! The CNA's were great! PT and OT were great! If would have anything to complain about it would have to be the food. But, that is expected at such a facility. At least you did get to choose your food based on availability. If I needed such a facility again I would request to go back to Heritage.👍

Mom went here for rehabilitation after her knee replacement surgery on her second knee. We could not be happier with the care and rehabilitation services she received. The staff was more than willing to work with the families work schedule when it came to picking her up and taking her home. I just could not be happier with the level of care and attention she received. And on a side note, the staff seemed like genuine, down to earth, caring people. That makes a huge difference. Loved the tie dyed shirts too some staff wore from time to time. They set the right tone for a persons successful recovery.

Heritage Center offers short term rehab, and long term care skilled service. Our rehab unit is all private rooms in its own section. We have female and male Medicaid beds available!
