I have never had any issues living here at Park Place for the last 4 years. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Kindness, communication, and understanding go a long way. My neighbors have always been friendly and it is so safe here. I love it!

I had a great experience with office manager. She was very kind, patient, in my interest and concerns regarding which apartment will be best suited for me!! Thank you so much for all your help. Loved all the apartments and very excited to move in soon!

Horrible office management!!! I called to make a appointment for my parents to look, lady was rude and said basically told them to look online because the 2 bedroom wasn't open to see, they just wanted to at least see the one bedroom.. made the appt at 8:00 on a Wednesday .. the lady didn't show up, I had to call the office and then they acted like I shouldn't even call and ask why one showed up.. she finally met my parents.. told them they had 10 minutes to look, was very rude answering my dads questions!! My parents are 78 years old and my dad has health issues there's no reason for her to treat them as bad as she did!! She didn't even talk to them about any of the the am ties at all and pushed them pretty much out the door!!

Great neighborhood. Quite and peaceful. Neighbors are amazing. Downside is front office stays locked. When it comes to resident concerns or questions the response is met with a disrespectful attitude. Very dismissive and rude. Office manager is less than helpful putting it lightly. With the change in management customer service went south. With customer service I think it is important customers/residents feel heard.
