2 years ago, I had a very difficult situation that occurred here. It started out to be a nice, decent place to live. Then, a nasty old man made life miserable for me and a friend. Nothing was done until I had left the complex. Even the police didn't help. So, I know that there are some decent people that had lived there when I left. I wish them well. I'm glad that I left. I heard that the new owners aren't any better than the previous. Good luck to those who stayed and any new tenants.

Telephone number on the leasing agreement and on Google is disconnected. No one is available after hours. When things need repair there is no one to assist . It seems there is no management onsite. I would not recommend.

Steve the maintenance man was amazing. Most of the tenants are nice. Very clean and Quiet. Juanita was great. Mary is also great.

Property manger is so kind and makes sure the apartments are clean and running as needed. Very good place to live no noise I recommend if you are senior and want clean and quiet respectful place to live

The people here are so neat, a real sense of community. The manager is super! Not an assisted living facility. Just good people, nice living quarters, kind and responsive management. A great place to live!!! Coffee in the morning and Bingo on Fridays. Close to shopping! The owner can be a handful but they don't live there!
