My grandmother spent the last year of her life at The Windham, and I cannot say enough about the care and compassion she received there. The Executive Director (John) and Staff went far beyond simply doing their jobs - several of them truly became family to her, and that kind of genuine connection means everything when your loved one can no longer be at home. The facility itself in addition to my Grandmothers apartment there was always immaculate and well-maintained, which speaks to how seriously The Windham takes the comfort and dignity of its residents. Most importantly, because of the environment and the people there, my grandmother’s final year was so much brighter and more peaceful than it would have been otherwise.
