I first learned about A-Plus In Home Care from my Case Manager at the Rehabilitation Hospital San Joaquin during my full hip replacement surgery recovery 👍 I have 6 Titanium Spine Fusions besides my new Titanium hip and unfortunately im pretty much a paper weight and I needed my home to be made safe for me to return from the hospital ... Lyle is a sweetheart he is genuine and kind he sat down and we got to talking about life and time went quickly he is easy to talk to because he is himself a genuine gentleman with a kind heart talks more about the love of his life his wife then himself just like any loving husband would 😊 I explained what I needed I have a teenager but like his generation he don't know life yet enough to handle a medical need and I will not ever make or have my son be my caretaker/caregiver and im in between IHSS hours with re evaluation so luckily Lyle and his company stepped in to help me with home and care needs and I am not in a position to be picky but I do like cleaning and care done a certain way its how I am im stuck in my ways and I don't like cross contamination and stuff and I was sent a wonderful young lady named Janieve she is 5 ⭐️ she not only took all my needs into consideration she handled it like there her needs and problems to! I didn't have to ask her to do this or that she saw it and took care of it properly the only time she stopped was when her name badge on a lanyard broke and fell on the floor we both looked at it fall and started laughing she apologized I told her that was to funny for you to apologize 🤣 She was in the middle of helping me and my teenage son tells her thank you for cleaning the floor around my desk I haven't gotten around to picking that up 🤨🙃😆 he usually does not talk to people unless there on a screen of some sort. I am very straight forward with everyone and every situation and I appreciate the professionalism and most importantly care from Lyle and his company he scheduled everything before I came home quickly and after I came home worked with my schedule I really appreciate you Lyle and Janieve for your amazing care 💜🥰🙂💜

A-Plus did an exceptional job in caring for my father when he had a terminal cancer diagnosis. Their employees were kind and courteous, giving my mother who was caring for him at home much needed rest and peace of mind during an extremely difficult time.

I needed care givers for my mom on short notice. I was so impressed with the personalized service to get to know her, make matches to meet her needs, and work closely with our family to ensure a successful process. Her care givers, Nancy and Laurie, treated her like family. They made what could have been a difficult time a very positive situation for our mom. I highly recommend!

We chose A-Plus because their employees are backgroud checked and vetted and we wanted someone who has previous experience. Our A-Plus caregiver was Elizabeth. She had enough experience and common sense to carefully observe her client, my husband, and adjust her care based on his personality. She could tell he was "very independent" client and treated him with respect and care. We both liked her very much. At first glance, she is petite and looks no older than 24 yr old, but to our surprise she was tough, focused, mature, very personable and knew when take charge and when to let the client tell her what he needed, she had people skills!

Wow. It’s difficult to express the gratitude I feel towards every person on staff with ‘A Plus In Home Care’. Lyle has been an amazing resource for me, as I have worked to secure my parents living situation… from out of state. He takes my calls to his cell phone, and is spot on with recommendations for how to navigate hospital stays, ( during Covid) the rehab that would fit my Dad’s situation best, and who to speak with to get the necessary referral. Our needs have been so varied over the last several years between medical emergencies with my Dad, and my Mother’s declining mental status. Sometimes emergency 24 hour care has been required at short notice. The A plus staffers have responded kindly and swiftly, and I have found I can rely on their recommendations. The caregivers that arrive from A plus are amazing!! They definitely go the extra mile. Samantha and Karen you have truly become part of the family. The one downside… they aren’t family! But you would never, ever know.
