I had an excellent experience at Cedar Creek in Madera! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, clean, and well-organized. The staff is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re taken care of. I especially want to recognize Daisy at the front desk—she truly sets the tone for the entire place. She’s warm, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels comfortable and valued. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with scheduling, or just greeting you with a smile, Daisy makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place where customer service stands out this much. Highly recommend Cedar Creek to anyone looking for quality service and a great overall experience!

I’ve had such a positive experience with this community. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and genuine care that the staff provides. Everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly dedicated to making residents feel comfortable and valued. The recent upgrades to the community itself are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. There are always engaging activities and social opportunities that keep residents active and connected, which really adds to the overall quality of life here. It’s clear that a lot of effort goes into creating a welcoming and supportive environment. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a supportive and vibrant place for senior living.

Cedar Creek has been a fantastic place for my aging mother. She started in independent living and has progressed through the various stages of assisted living and memory care. The staff has been just terrific—warm and caring. Many of the office staff worked their way through the ranks and have been with Cedar Creek for my mother’s entire seven year residency. Recently, she was subject to phone fraud where her cell phone number (not the phone) was stolen and the thieves started adding services to her phone line and tried to invade her bank account. The staff was terrific at working with me (I live 300 miles away) and watching her phone interactions to stop any further damage. I couldn’t have handled this crisis without them. I’m so grateful that my mother has such a wonderful place to call home during her waning years.
